Two years ago, I began to buy residential homes to rehab and sell to retail buyers.

I believed that I needed an agent that specialized in off price homes. After many recommendations by managers of different companies, some agents proved to be good, but most were not satisfactory because they did not follow up on deals and return phone calls. As a result, they could not help supply me with inventory. I am a cash buyer and make a decision on the spot.
